Solving application incidents.
Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
Solving Batch job incidents.
Provide end user support.
Authorization management.
Constructively escalate to other parties in case of data delivery issues.
System monitoring.

What will you do?
Participate to audit mission:

• Mission mandate - 3 missions per year 
• Team of 2 to 6 auditors with a team lead usually located abroad
• Global coverage (all CACEIS locations for the selected audited matter)
Mission structure (identical across all Credit Agricole entities):

• Around 13 weeks
• Standard sequential phases (all phases synchronized within credit Agricole Group for favoring exchange of audit expert between entities when/if required) in terms of preparation, planning and scope definition, field work, debriefing and drafting report, answer process and final report production.
• Take part of subject matter training between missions
• Follow up the implementation of recommendation

The purpose of this position is to ensure the effective Business Continuity Management practices are in place CACEIS Malaysia; This includes the quality, efficiency and risk mitigation strategies of the plans by providing oversight of the BCPs (business continuity plans), BIAs (business impact analyses), Pandemic Plans, WARP offsite testing, Contact (call tree exercises). The Business Resilience Associate Director acts as Operations coordinator for all Crisis Management activities and to ensure all crises are properly assessed, escalated and that subsequent activities are in line with the Crisis Management Policy and protocols. Additionally, this position is the local representative of all Business Continuity Management activities CACEIS Malaysia, ensuring connections between business activities and regional representatives. To ensure all Technology Infrastructure incident priority are properly assessed and managed according to Major incident Management (MIM) procedure.
What will you do?
Business Continuity Management
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Business Continuity Lifecycle at Global and Local Country Business Level and adopt CACEIS model, governance, risk, policy framework.
Coordinates tactical activities of BCM globally and key focus at local country level
Providing support and coverage, as part of the global team for events regardless of their location during the Malaysia Morning Hours
Identify gaps in application capabilities requirements working with the business and IT to resolve the gap through acceptance, work arounds or an enhancement project
Create awareness amongst employees on business continuity matters via staff communication and information sharing i.e. preventive and mitigating measures during natural disaster, pandemic, geopolitical situations by partnering with the related functions.
Monitor and improve BCP key indicators and prepare management reports in line with group objectives.
Partnering with CACEIS BCM 2LOD teams, Functional teams, Regional and Business Line Executive to create, coordinate and maintain a multi-discipline Incident Management Team to provide a resilient response to incidents
Track outstanding audit items or regulatory findings relative to the respective business lines, as they relate to BCM, assuring established timelines are met and keeping the management informed of the status
Maintaining a working relationship/liaison with other Crisis Management Teams
Support business change initiatives as it relates to BCM, including completion of associated BIA, BCP and required recovery testing
Operational Resilience
Support the implementation of Regulatory Requirements and evolving requirements from other regulators.
Incident Management
Facilitate P1 &amp; P2 incidents for the entity to restore critical services by driving the incident to resolution through engagement of appropriate business and technical resources.

This role will oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll processes. Taking lead in payroll execution, drive process improvements, and act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What will you do?
1.    Payroll Management (Core Ownership)
Manage end-to-end payroll processing (monthly, off-cycle, bonuses, claims).
Ensure accurate and timely salary payments across all employee groups.
Oversee payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, increments, and variable pay.
Validate payroll reports and perform reconciliation before final submission.

2.    Compliance &amp; Statutory
Ensure compliance with Malaysia statutory requirements.
Handle statutory submissions, reporting, and audits.
Stay updated with changes in labour laws and tax regulations.

3.    Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management
Act as the main point of contact for payroll vendors and system providers.
Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external auditors.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and escalations effectively .

4.    Process Improvement &amp; Systems
Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
Ensure payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or local systems) are optimized.
Lead payroll-related projects (system migration, regional consolidation, etc.)

Risks &amp; Controls team works across 1LoD business units, technology and support functions in providing management with an informed opinion on the effectiveness of controls they operate to mitigate material risks. Risks and Controls team is responsible for strengthening the 1st line of defense by ensuring permanent controls dedicated to the operational and IT teams, which include the monitoring of execution incidents, the review of the business risk mapping and the 2nd level controls.

By joining the Risk and Controls team dedicated to the Information Systems and IT Security sectors, you will be in charge of managing operational incidents in coordination with IT, carrying out 2.1 controls and reviewing the IT risk mapping, in coordination with the second line of defense.

More specifically, this team aims to monitor IT incidents that have an impact on operational activities and their proper recording in reference tools, you monitor the quality of Service provided by the IT teams and systems by providing regular information on trends and performance to the manager of the Information Systems and IT Security sectors.

What is the opportunity?
The intern in Settlements team in the Custody will be learning and task with processing and reporting with accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The intern will perform trade repairs, investigate settlement issue for solution, and maintaining high standards of service delivery to clients. This position requires good knowledge in Custody product across a range of processes in Settlements, attention to detail, and strict adherence to all processes stipulated in our operating procedures. Throughout the internship, the intern can expect an experience, growth, and support highly similar to an entry-level full-time employee of Caceis.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm MYT

What will you do?
Extract reports and investigate trade settlement issues for solution
Monitor system queue on specific trade statuses
Perform trade repair in core system to allow accurate and timely trade settlement according to various market deadlines
Follow up on all trade issues until complete resolution
Ensure queries received are resolved in timely manner. Where required, queries are followed up diligently until complete resolution
Escalate operational issues or any abnormality in according to local escalation protocol
Ensure that all instructions are processed following operating procedure.

What is the opportunity?

What will you do?

Process receipt of Entitlements within the agreed service standards

Establish working relationships with people at all levels both inter departmental and across the wider firm.

Review procedures and processing on a regular basis with advice to Supervisor for process improvements (time saving/cost effectiveness).
Ensure ongoing productivity by providing back-up relief for staff who are absent or on leave.
Continually ensure complete awareness of Client, external custodians and inter-departmental Service Level Standards / Agreements and ensure compliance at all times.
Support the identification of new technology and operational processes to effectively reduce cost, increase quality service and ensure accuracy.
Provide feedback on agent network and vendor performance on any deviations from their service level agreement with CACEIS.

What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a certified Safety Manager to lead and manage the company’s occupational safety and health (OSH) initiatives. 
While the primary focus will be on OSH, the role is hybrid in nature and will support broader corporate premises and procurement initiatives including renovations, office planning, and ESG.
This is a high-impact role for a safety professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a hands-on approach to implementing and maintaining safety standards across a dynamic office environment.
Occupational Safety &amp; Health (OSH)
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s OSH management system in compliance with DOSH regulations.
Serve as the company’s appointed Safety and Health Coordinator for CACEIS Malaysia head office.
Conduct regular workplace risk assessments, workplace inspections, and ensure execution of appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.
Manage the Emergency Response Team (ERT) structure – including training, scheduling, and drills; ensuring roles are clearly defined and team readiness is maintained.
Corporate Premises Support
Provide safety input for renovation projects, facilities improvements, and layout planning.
Assist in executing annual fire drills, evacuation planning, and liaising with Fire &amp; Building authorities.
Contribute to safety-related aspects of sustainability and wellness initiatives (e.g., indoor air quality, ergonomic reviews).
Procurement &amp; Vendor Management
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ processes, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
Establish and monitor supplier KPIs for performance, cost savings, service quality, and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, including governance frameworks and performance reviews.

Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance of funds dealing procedures with fund documentation (including Prospectus/Offering Documents, Servicing Agreements and Operating Memorandums)
Prepare &amp; check internal and external reports to management, clients (Fund Manager, Distributor) and investors/distributors (e.g. client reporting, KPI reporting, etc)
Follow up outstanding documents for KYC &amp; subscription payments on the Fund’s account
Translation of key information in KYC Document from Mandarin to English under client’s indemnity letter

What will you do?

The Finance team provides Finance and Accounting to CACEIS Malaysia across Accounts Payable, Financial Control, Product Control and Performance Management services. The objectives for Malaysia Finance is to provide exceptional  accounting services to our stakeholders and to enable onshore Finance teams to fulfil their roles as valued Finance business partners.
Manage month-end closing deliverables for the Malaysia entities including, but not limited to: Intra-group reconciliations, Intra-group settlements, accruals and general ledger attestation.
Support stakeholders in Finance matters and ensure all financial records are accurate and in-line with policies and local statutory, tax and accounting guidance.
Ensure completion of designated Regulatory, Finance and Head Office reporting in a timely manner.
Play a leading role in the year-end audit for both Malaysian entities.
Participate in the management of the Financial Control function, whilst supervising, coaching and training others in the team.

The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day processing of reconciliations including Asset and Cash accounts on a daily basis via NXG to ensure the positions between the ledger and the relevant custodians agree. As a control function, the breaks on the reconciliation need to be kept to a minimum level to ensure accurate data is being maintained. The role also requires adequate investigations of breaks and also looks at root cause analysis to drive the reduction of breaks. The role is to deliver specific services to external and internal clients with high level of quality, efficiency and fostering a client first mindset.
The team is supporting Europe region with shift hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm. However, flexibility is required to support business needs.

What will you do?
Review and clearance of daily or monthly cash and asset reconciliations via Reconciliations Platform.
Maintain, monitor and resolve any query items in respect of issues pertinent to Global Reconciliations.
First Level Investigation of all cash and asset breaks and ensure they are assigned to the right departments.
Collate and maintain required periodic reporting as required to support the client and/or business needs.
Collate and maintain statistical information for internal and client distribution.

Risks &amp; Controls team works across 1LoD business units, technology and support functions in providing management with an informed opinion on the effectiveness of controls they operate to mitigate material risks. Risks and Controls team is responsible for strengthening the 1st line of defense by ensuring permanent controls dedicated to the operational and IT teams, which include the monitoring of execution incidents, the review of the business risk mapping and the 2nd level controls.

By joining the Risk and Controls team dedicated to the Information Systems and IT Security sectors, you will be in charge of managing operational incidents in coordination with IT, carrying out 2.1 controls and reviewing the IT risk mapping, in coordination with the second line of defense.

More specifically, this team aims to monitor IT incidents that have an impact on operational activities and their proper recording in reference tools, you monitor the quality of Service provided by the IT teams and systems by providing regular information on trends and performance to the manager of the Information Systems and IT Security sectors.

As a Senior Manager, you will be leading a team, focussing on planning, risk identification and execution support. You may be required to coordinate the resolution of crisis situations impacting operational activities. You bring your expertise in solving complex or new problems with a strategic scope or for clients. You will play a role as a referent in your field of expertise within CACEIS.

The individual is responsible for static data collection and update of the client portfolio for all client transactions across the year. This includes understanding the Client documents and retrieving the necessary information accurately. To maintain highest level of service quality and performance in compliance with Private Capital Services mission and objectives

What will you do?
Training delivery – conducting engaging and informative training sessions using various training methods including workshops and e-learning
Curriculum development – designing a comprehensive technical training programme and creating learning materials using various resources provided by the Bank.
Training need analysis – assessing the technical skills required by identifying gaps in knowledge and competencies
Technical documentations – Maintaining up-to-date training materials documentation and ensuring it aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - Working closely with subject matter experts in incorporating relevant industry best practices into training contents
Assessment &amp; evaluation – Developing and implementing assessments to measure learning outcomes through gathering feedback and continuously improving training content
Technology integration – Leveraging technology for effective training delivery by incorporating relevant software and tools into learning programmes.
Performance monitoring – Tracking the performance of trainees post-training by providing on-going support and reinforcement if needed.
