You work closely with other business unit managers within CACEIS. You supervise at Group Level the following activities : Master Data Services Flows Integration Reconciliation  Vos missions The Global Head of the Business Unit (BU) Shared Services / Data Management is responsible for defining the strategy, priorities, goals and programs for his/her activity in line with the company global business strategy. He/she also ensures that the strategic objectives translate into concrete achievements within local entities. Main activities Strategy Definition & Implementation Human Resources Management Activity Management and Monitoring Innovation & Continuous Improvement Detailed scope of activities The Global Head of the Business Unit (BU) Shared Services / Data Management supervises the following activities : Master Data Services Flows Integration Reconciliation  The Business Unit also includes one “Projects and Transformation” team, delivering projects for the BU. The responsibility is global, encompassing the teams of the above activities in their different geographies. The total size of the BU is +300 FTE worldwide, as of June 2026. In addition, the Global Head of this BU will be in charge of conducting an analysis of the different processes and organization related to Client Onboarding.
