As a Reporting Officer at CACEIS NL, you will be part of a dedicated team of 13 professionals committed to delivering insightful analyses and reports. Together, you ensure that the performance, risks, and compliance of investment portfolios for both Dutch and international clients are made transparent. In this role, you will work closely with involved colleagues across various departments and international teams.

At its core, this is a hands-on reporting role. While analysis is an important part of the job, your main focus is on producing accurate and meaningful client reports. You will work within recurring reporting cycles, where accuracy, data quality and timely delivery are key. Do you enjoy working with investment data and turning it into reliable, meaningful reporting? Use your analytical skills to deliver insights that clients and internal stakeholders can rely on!

What will you do as a Reporting Officer?
Calculate the performance of investment portfolios for Dutch and international clients, with a strong involvement in UK-related reporting.
Prepare, analyse and deliver performance, risk, and investment compliance reports across multiple dimensions.
Analyse returns, identify deviations from benchmarks and resolve data discrepancies by investigating calculations, configurations and chain processes.
Translate complex analyses into clear insights for internal stakeholders and clients, adding value through storytelling with numbers.
Onboard and support new clients by mapping out their needs, aligning with senior colleagues for more complex matters when necessary.
Conduct compliance analyses based on investment policies and communicate with clients about achieved returns and compliance breaches.
Contribute to service and data quality improvements by analysing processes and defining practical enhancements.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and international CACEIS entities, contributing to cross-departmental initiatives, while taking ownership of analyses and actively contributing to knowledge sharing and team development.

Job summary

1)      Work as part of the  creation of CACEIS Bank Sweden Branch, support the delivery of core elements of:
the AML / Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance Management Plan as it relates to acting as MLRO, MLCO and Compliance Officer for CACEIS Bank Sweden Branch and the Funds to which it provides administration services
the risk framework of the branch as it relates to acting as Risk Officer
the control of the funds investments as it relates to the Depositary control function

2)      Support the development of a strong and consistent compliance and risk culture and alignment to CACEIS’ operating model

3)      Work with the CACEIS Group AML/Financial Crime, Risk and Depositary control teams to support the Business lines and adherence to policies and procedures


Acting as MLRO, MLCO and CO for the business and its administered Funds:
Investigating internal SARs submitted from the Business Line
Responsible for ensuring that appropriate business and customer risk assessments are in place and appropriate for the specific Fund
Develop or maintain Control plans for each client and Fund
Ensure the completion of, and Compliance control plans testing in a timely and effective manner
Collaboration with Group Corporate Compliance/AML , team members for continuous improvement of processes and to share best practice
Preparing local management reports
Oversight and support management of higher risk business activities and relationships (including PEPs) as well as specific AML/CFT issues and exposures
Managing responses to local regulator inquiries, surveys, questionnaires and lead preparation for on-site reviews or audits
Management of preparation and maintenance of local procedures for the Funds
Taking into consideration, incorporating and participating in Enterprise wide Compliance initiatives


Acting as CRO of the branch includes the following responsibilities:
Define and implement the risk mapping and control plan of the branch
Locally implement group risk procedures with regards to incident, action plan, alert and outsourcing management
Support the deployment of the group risk management tools (Matrisk, PCAT)
Support &amp; guide the business lines in their responsibilities as first line of defence in the main fields of operational risk management
Diffuse risk culture in the branch
Liaise and coordinate with Group Risk function, functional reporting to the Regional CRO


Acting as Local Head of Depository Control:
Ensure all regulatory Depositary Control functions are established and executed according to local standards
Establish and execute Depositary Clients onboarding including but not limited to initial and ongoing due diligence.

Sales Executive –  CACEIS Sweden
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
 
CACEIS is strengthening its presence in the Nordic region. Following the opening of our new branch in Sweden in July, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm and contribute to the further development of our business across Sweden and the wider Nordic and Baltic markets.

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and developing long-term commercial relationships. You will focus on CACEIS' target market segments and promote our range of asset servicing solutions, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders across the CACEIS Group.

What will you do as a Sales Executive?

As Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities across the Swedish, Nordic and Baltic markets;
Developing and executing commercial strategies to acquire new clients;
Building and maintaining relationships with key market participants, including asset managers, institutional investors, pension funds, banks and insurance companies;
Presenting CACEIS' services and solutions to prospective clients and conducting commercial negotiations;
Responding to RFPs and coordinating the preparation of commercial proposals and agreements;
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales and onboarding process;
Initiating the onboarding of new client relationships and contributing to the assessment of client risks and completeness of KYC requirements;
Conducting regular market monitoring and identifying relevant market developments and opportunities;
Representing CACEIS externally and participating in relevant client meetings, industry events and commercial activities;
Working across the Nordic and Baltic markets covered by the regional scope, adapting the commercial approach to the different local markets.

The position is based in our Stockholm regional office, and we are open to candidates who are either currently based in Sweden or willing to relocate to Sweden.

As Fund Accountant at CACEIS Pension Centre (CPC), you are responsible for the valuation, accounting and control of portfolios of funds and mandates within an international and dynamic environment. The role includes the accurate and timely calculation and publication of Net Asset Values (NAV), the processing and reconciliation of fund transactions, and providing high-quality input for financial, regulatory and investor reporting.

Working on complex fund structures, you play an important role in safeguarding the quality and reliability of our services. Together with colleagues in the Netherlands and Kuala Lumpur, you operate in an environment where operational excellence, risk management and client focus go hand in hand.

You also contribute to the transition towards more automated, data-driven and controlled fund accounting processes. By continuously improving processes and maintaining a strong control framework, you help support accurate valuations, timely reporting and a high level of service for our clients.

What will you do as Fund Accountant?
Deliver end‑to‑end NAV calculations for assigned portfolios of funds within agreed deadlines, including securities pricing verification, calculation of management and performance fees, and distribution of NAVs to clients and stakeholders.
Independently process the full range of fund transactions, including securities trades, cash movements, FX contracts, derivatives, corporate actions,  and private market investments, ensuring correct accounting treatment and timely settlement.
Perform daily cash, securities and general ledger reconciliations and  investigate and resolve the majority of breaks autonomously.
Manage pending items (cash, securities, liabilities, dividends) and escalate aged or complex breaks with clear documentation.
Support client and fund onboarding activities, including contributing to  process improvements and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for new or changed processes and systems.
Collect and analyze operational and financial data using predefined tools and methods; identify, assess and escalate operational issues in line with defined procedures.
Apply tax control processes and provide analytical support on tax‑related topics within the fund accounting domain.
Contribute to audit and operational compliance by following internal procedures, risk controls and regulatory requirements while supporting internal and external audits.
Participate in quality reviews, root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives, proposing corrective and preventive actions to reduce errors and manual work.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, Client Service and IT and act as a reliable point of contact for queries related to your funds.

Meewerkstage Performance, Risk &amp; Compliance
Wil je tijdens je meewerkstage inzicht krijgen in de performance, risk en compliance van beleggingsportefeuilles? Bij CACEIS krijg je de kans om onderdeel te zijn van het Performance, Risk &amp; Compliance team en samen te werken met collega’s uit verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Je ondersteunt voornamelijk bij voorbereidende en operationele werkzaamheden, waardoor je van dichtbij meemaakt hoe performance, risk en compliance van beleggingsportefeuilles worden beheerd in een professionele en internationale omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?
Tijdens deze stage draag je bij aan de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van het team. Je werkzaamheden bestaan voornamelijk uit voorbereidende taken binnen performance, dagelijkse compliance werkzaamheden en het opvolgen van Cost Transparency &amp; Benchmarking (CT&amp;B)-gerelateerde acties. Daarnaast help je bij het voorbereiden van data en templates en ondersteun je bij administratieve en operationele werkzaamheden, zoals het versturen en opvolgen van e-mails.

Wat breng je mee?
Je volgt momenteel een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van wiskunde, bedrijfseconomie, finance, econometrie of een vergelijkbare studie.
Bij voorkeur bevind je je in de afrondende fase van je studie.
Je hebt affiniteit met de financiële sector, zoals bankwezen, beleggingen, financial management of investment analyses.
Je bent beschikbaar voor 4 dagen per week (waarbij het aantal dagen bespreekbaar is).
Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
Je bent leergierig, analytisch, flexibel en blijft rustig in stressvolle situaties.
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk) en daarnaast communiceer je ook sterk in het Engels.
