La ligne métier Digital Assets regroupe les activités du Groupe CACEIS liées aux services sur crypto actifs et titres tokenisés. Vous rejoindrez une unité en charge des opérations relatives à des services de conservation de crypto actifs et titres tokenisés afin que la propriété de ces actifs soit correctement reflétée dans les blockchains correspondantes.


 La ligne métier Digital Assets étant de création récente, un effort important est nécessaire dans le domaine du développement et de l’accompagnement de notre clientèle vers ses nouveaux services.

En outre, la ligne métier Digital Assets est en charge de différents projets comme la mise en place d’un service de réception et transmission d’ordres sur crypto-actifs, l’intégration des paiements on chain pour permettre un processus de Delivery Versus Payment on chain ou des Proof of Concepts innovants.

Vos principales missions seront :
Assurer la gestion des opérations de créations de wallets et de traitement des instructions de transfert clients dans les délais requis;
Paramétrer et assurer le bon fonctionnement de la plateforme dédiée DPG ainsi que tout autre outil permettant les transferts de crypto-actifs et de titres tokenisés vers les adresses publiques requises ;
Assurer le support ainsi qu'une permanence afin de répondre aux différentes questions et problèmes opérationnels rencontrés;
Assurer les contrôles requis de qualité et de cohérence ;
Participer aux travaux de définition de besoins pour l’automatisation des processus métier et le déploiement de nouveaux produits/services et logiciels ;
Assurer le support pour la préparation des rendez-vous clients et la mise au point des documentations adéquates; ;
Participer à la production de différents reportings internes.

Vous aurez plus particulièrement en charge le pilotage et l'amélioration du plan de contrôle existant dans une démarche de certification ISO-27001.

Created in 2013, the Private Equity, Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department of CACEIS Bank aims to develop Alternative Funds management activities within the CACEIS group.

 The PERES business line has been able to expand its range of services with innovative products such as structured financing, while relying on its high level of expertise in traditional services such as depositary function, record keeping or accounting service.

 Within PERES, and as a Financing Officer in VIE, you will join the Financing MO &amp; Agency team. More precisely, you will assist a team specialized in the management of all financing operations (Equity Bridge Financing and overdrafts).

 Your role will be to support the permanent staff of the team through the following missions:
Ensure the functions of EBF Agent and Lender: in addition, you will be an entry point for the daily relationship with the internal teams (risks, treasury, back office), but also external to CACEIS (borrowing clients and bank pool members);
Set up and monitor the portfolio of EBF financing and overdrafts;
Model credits in management systems;
Ensure the follow-up of credit events throughout the funding’s lifespan (monitoring of outstanding amounts, profitability, etc...);
Prepare the instructions related to financing operations (setting up of financing, drawings, repayments...);
Control and transmit cash instructions to the back-offices of the Bank and to the banks of the banking pools;
Participate in the monitoring and control of contractual obligations, securities and guarantees required by the Risk and Ongoing Controls Departments;
Ensure the management of accounts related to financing operations by ensuring that the transactions transiting through them are in accordance with the terms of the contractual documentation;
Participate in the preparation of Reports;

PERES department clients are management companies of alternative investment

Your role will include the following activities:

• Preparing presentation materials
• Attending meetings and drafting minutes
• Populate the CRM tool with client data and visit reports

Vous intégrez la Direction Procurement, une équipe dynamique et conviviale, composée d’une dizaine de collaborateurs, basés en France, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas et Allemagne.

Cette Direction a pour objectif de déployer et de consolider la politique Achats Groupe CACEIS, en accompagnant les métiers et les pays.
Lancer et gérer les consultations (RFI/RFP), qualification et sélection de prestataires sur la catégorie prestations intellectuelles

Négocier les offres commerciales et les conditions contractuelles (SLA, propriété intellectuelle, confidentialité, clauses de conformité)
Rédiger/revoir et suivre les contrats/Bons de commande
Négocier l’internalisation de certains consultants
Prendre en charge des achats cross catégories en dessous du seuil de 50K€.
Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance (coûts, qualité, délai, taux d’utilisation)
Apporter un support à l’équipe sur des sujets transverses (ex. Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance coûts, qualité, délai, taux d’utilisation)
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus achats (outils achats du crédit Agricole, templates, best practices)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Le Financial Controller intervient sur les thèmes suivants :

1) Arrêté des comptes
Tient la comptabilité de l'entreprise
S’assure que les résultats de gestion sont en phase avec les résultats comptables
Informe sa hiérarchie en cas d’anomalie ou d’incohérence des donnés
Transmet toute information de gestion nécessaire à l’établissement des comptes sociaux et/ou consolidés
Calcule, analyse et comptabilise mensuellement les provisions sur les charges et les produits
Fait le suivi des provisions et de la facturation intra-groupe
2) Reporting
Contribue à l’établissement des reportings émis par le Contrôle de gestion
Etablit et dépose les comptes annuels à la Banque Nationale Belge
Elabore les rapports financiers, risques et prudentiels périodiques auprès du régulateur
3) Elaboration des budgets, des estimés et des reportings périodiques
Participe à l’élaboration, selon les normes CACEIS, des budgets et des estimés en établissant des prévisions de revenus et/ou de charges relevant de son périmètre : collecte et contrôle des informations en provenance des directions, projections, revue des hypothèses et calculs
Analyse les revenus par client et par grandes typologies d’activité (en lien avec les indicateurs le cas échéant) afin de comprendre l’évolution du PNB et les écarts par rapport aux prévisions
Analyse les charges au regard des indicateurs associés
Collecte auprès des unités (facturation, comptabilité, direction commerciale, DRH, DSI, logistique, etc.) les informations permettant d’établir les prévisions ou d’expliquer les évolutions
Etablit les rapports à destination de la direction locale en support aux décisions stratégiques
4) Indicateurs d’activité
Collecte, centralise et commente mensuellement les indicateurs d’activité
5) Projets
Contribue activement aux projets locaux, Groupes et de la ligne métier
Participation active à la migration de notre outil comptable historique vers le logiciel SAP&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The team and missions: 
Part of the Commercial Department, the Relationship Management / Client Coverage Team has the central responsibility to all existing client relationships.

The client types are investment companies/KVGs, investors such as insurances, pension funds and foundations, and asset managers. In our team we manage and improve the service quality through an active quality management (e.g. service review meetings, customer satisfaction surveys). When it comes to client complaints and escalations we are the ones to interact with the clients and to coordinate with internal departments. We are also responsible for an up-to-date client documentation incl. KYC &amp; due diligences. Together with our colleagues from Business Development Management we support the strategic development of the client relationship and develop incremental business (cross-selling, up-selling) with our clients.

In this context, your main missions will be:
Co-operation and support and internal coordination with the various departments e.g. in the preparation of contractual agreements with customers, preparation of service reviews;
Support and co-working with the client service team in the day to day business;
Prepare client mailings and client presentation;
Provide support in the creation of a knowledge database;
Prepare client and market participant analysis;
Work together with marketing on new marketing client engagement activities;
Preparing and following up on customer visits, presentations and team reporting’s incl. Management KPIs;
Contribute in client projects with a regulatory background (e.g. KYC, CRS, MiFID II).
