Following CACEIS’s acquisition of RBC’s European operations, CACEIS Canada is growing with the introduction of new operational service responsibilities previously handled by CACEIS IS as part of RBC's own Follow-the-Sun model.
To ensure continuity of service to newly acquired North American clients as well as operational activities carried out by CACEIS IS, such as Custody and PERES services, CACEIS Canada is hiring for an Assistant Team manager to support the Fund Administration team.
Job Duties
In this role, the ATM will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations. Some of the responsibilities will include
- Support the Team manager in their daily missions
- Monitoring NAV Production Process
- Quality Control and Approval
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Process Optimization and Efficiency
- provide technical support to the team as needed and intervene in cases requiring business expertise.
- Participate in process optimization and security.
- Be responsible for the functioning of the activity in the team Manager's absence.
- Be the Subject Matter expert of the process and have complete knowledge and understanding of NAV calculation processing & review for a variety of funds
- Participating in Daily Team huddles, Weekly Team meetings.
