As Associate Director for Third Party Forex (TPFX), the main job purpose is the Management of the dedicated TPFX related activities/process, Managing his/her direct reports, who are the managers of the TPFX Sub-units.

The AD is the point of escalation for the Teams, internal and external Stakeholders, bridging between Senior Management Teams, locally and the Home locations, to some extent.

The AD will provide a controlled environment with the necessary focus on initiatives to improve efficiencies and controls, and Management level deliverables. The Malaysia Team supports the Global ‘follow the sun’ Operating Model. The target is to align and standardize to improve efficiencies and improve the ability to react to the Business/Client requests.

 

Supplementary Information

To ensure all existing and new tasks/responsibilities have sufficient and managed controls, and that Team support is continually maintained. To support the creation of a robust, universal FOREX Management Model.
To ensure that all TPFX Management related activities are processed in a timely and efficient manner utilizing processes and procedures, which mitigate and minimize risk across the business. Primary responsibility over the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided, risk and regulatory compliance of our processing practices, and the overall superior delivery of TPFX Management activities to our Clients.
TPFX Management has day-to-day operational teams supporting clients contracting to European zone (i.e. London, Luxembourg and Dublin offices. The TPFX Management AD will work alongside the operational Management team with responsibility for supporting and delivering the key TPFX Management related projects and initiatives. The role will need to maintain and ensure focus on reducing operational risk, increasing operational efficiency and sharing best practices throughout the change management lifecycle of all key Projects. The key project deliverables will need to be aligned with the implementation of the FOREX Management Global Target Operating Model yet also represent the BAU production activities across the existing framework.
