Mission del ruolo

Within CACEIS, you will integrate the Sales and Client Excellence Support Business Line (SCES). The business line promotes best practices within sales teams by supporting sales forces through technical training, information gathering and monitoring of clients and prospective clients. It is also in charge of measuring commercial activity, managing the Group’s CRM tool and supervising client satisfaction through the LCS survey process. SCES is also in charge of measuring commercial activity. Finally, it is dedicated to the monitoring of commercial budget, quality management & permanent control, continuous improvement & client satisfaction and projects, SCES works in close collaboration with Coverage and Client Success to manage the commercial pipeline, exchange with Business Engineering on request for proposals won and lost and the organization of commercial entities, as well as Product Management which provides the product matrix and Risks, Compliances and Operations Departments.

By integrating the department you will be in constant contact with:
- The Commercial representatives of the various CACEIS entities and their management
- The team in charge of  the products management within CACEIS
- Group (and local) financial steering teams
- Global Markets and Market Solutions teams
- The team in charge of responding to our clients’ RFPs and Due Diligences (Business Engineering)
- The teams in charge of internal and external communication
- IT teams, in particular the IT support team in charge of project management
of the Group CRM
- The Press Watch team of Crédit Agricole S.A.

Supplementary Information

YOUR MISSIONS:
your main tasks will be to:
Economic Intelligence
- Collect and process information relevant to the commercial development of CACEIS
- Conduct market research and specific sales studies
Support to the Sales Division
- Support and monitor the sales strategy and annual sales target plans
- Management of various process improvement projects
- Assist users in their use of the group CRM

CRM Tool (currently Microsoft Dynamics)
- Follow the latest developments in CRM
- Participate in CRM testing and updates

Analysis of Commercial Activity
- Develop and automate reporting
- Analyse sales and sales performance and produce periodic sales reports

- Interact with other support departments (product development, management control, RFPs, Sales Enablement, etc.) to maximise CRM and trade information

- Participate in the roll-out of the sales strategy

- Produce periodic indicators for different departments and General Management

Organisation of Meetings & Committees:

- Organize meetings and various bodies with General Management to monitor commercial activity (from prospecting to customer exit)

 

Furthermore, in accordance with specific local needs, you will also support Business Engineering and Communication activities.
