Job summary

The analyst will act as business expert to the Client Operations departments in Malaysia and will be involved in a wide range of functional and managerial tasks:

  • Facilitate strong governance & controls to Client Operations in Malaysia.
  • Analyze and challenge the effectiveness of the business action plan and ensure delivery.
  •  Track and monitor KPI delivery and Management Information.
  • Drive the right governance and communication structures to ensure transparency on delivery, ownership, progress, issue identification, dependencies and resolution.
  • Provide analytical and process-oriented thinking to challenges associated with managing large volumes of data; including development of an approach, managing process of collation and manipulation of data to distil effective management information.
  • Testing, periodic control and drive consistency of approach across Client Operations Malaysia.
  • Provide thought leadership and project management for on demand cross-functional special initiatives.
  • Ensure operational discipline and basic being carried out by respective function.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


  • Minimum 7 years working experience in financial industry field.
  • Superior interpersonal and networking skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across jurisdiction, functional and cultural boundaries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation change, initiatives and projects.
  • Effective execution skills to ensure successful delivery/implementation of the change management strategy.
  • Drive to succeed with bias towards action and ability to navigate large organizations and build collaborative relationships, proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders.
  • Experienced on developing solution using Data analytics and strong curiosity to learn with adaptive and creative mindset.
