We are hiring an Operations Officer to join the IMS team – working on activities associated with trade matching and flow monitoring.

Roles & responsibilities:

As an Operations Officer of the Investment Management Team, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing IMS transactions. You will work closely with the team to support daily operations and will report directly to the Team Manager, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and industry standards.

• Middle Office trade matching and flow monitoring 

• Monitor and whenever necessary repair or release flows transiting through our dedicated acquisition tool

• Match and reconcile trades with broker/dealer

• Follow up pending instructions with back office and custodians

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related experience

• Experience in a Global custody or related financial institution preferable but not required

Must have skills:

• Ideally 12+ months of financial services experience within Middle office operations
• Financial securities knowledge (Could be from CSC and/or banking industry experience)
• Excel (Pivot tables, Chart manipulation, Basic Formulas)
• Attention to detail
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Awareness and good ethics behavior
• French language is a plus
