Caceis Netherlands branch is the Centre of Excellence for Pensions (CEP) focusing on servicing the European Pension Fund industry. This servicing is leveraging the Dutch Pension expertise of Kas Bank N.V., that is integrated in Caceis Group in 2020. CEP is located in Amsterdam.
The core service is securities administration, financial accounting and reporting. Added value services range from font office services like money market and currency hedging, to Risk Management. It is the ambition of the CEP to provide the International Pension Fund industry a one-stop-shop for front-to-back securities services based on a fully integrated securities administration.

Job description
As Risk Advisor within our Performance & Risk unit you will be responsible for the Performance, Risk and Compliance analysis and reporting. You will also contribute to the innovation of services and translate important market developments like ESG, Life Cycle Investments (Dutch Pension Agreement) and Risk Management in client services for the European pension and insurance sector.  You will have functional relationships with all relevant external and internal stakeholder: Clients, Client Management and other internal teams: Mid Office, Data Management, Financial Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, and the other CEP (Centre of Excellence for Pensions) teams.

Your main missions as Performance & Risk Advisor:
Developing reports (financial statements, file formats, etc.) according to client needs and graphics charters, while taking into account all regulatory changes.
Performance and risk analyses and reporting.
Involvement in the innovation of our products and translate important market developments in client services.
Contribution to optimal infrastructure of systems and processes.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Academic degree, preferably in economics, econometrics or actuary.
CFA Certificate.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Familiar with quantitative risk and performance analyses.
Knowledge of applications like Python and PowerBI is an advantage.
Capable of anticipating market developments and translating these in to value added services.
Communicative, self-starting, commercial skilled.
Team player, entrepreneurial, representative, enthusiastic, critical.
