What will you do?

Due Diligences & Assistant Manager

  • To support the Business Engineering team on the incoming due diligences that are received from Relationship Managers/ Coverage/ Client.
  • Provide high quality responses to due diligences questionnaires and ensure timely delivery to contribute to client satisfaction.
  • Communicate efficiently with contributors from other business lines.
  • Show high ownership and accountability, proactively driving topics to completion and following through on commitments.
  • Manage pressure and changing priorities effectively, while maintaining accuracy, quality, composure and reliability in a demanding environment.
  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, identifying efficiency gains, risk reduction opportunities, and automation/improvement possibilities.
  • Promote standardisation and best practices in methodology, documentation and tools within the Business Engineering team and encourage knowledge sharing within Business Engineering.
  • Provide cross-functional support for RFP’s/ RFI’s.
  • Mentor/junior support: provide guidance to junior team members on methods, tools and ways of working, where applicable.
    Demonstrate resilience and openness to feedback, learning from setbacks and continuously improving performance.

Project and Change Management

  • Suggest, initiate and participate in business line and business engineering improvement projects.
  • Review, update and  enhancement of Notebooks/ Standard Due Diligences/ Procedure(s).
  • Standardize and document processes, workflows and procedures resulting from projects and change initiatives.
  • Support the Manager in managing day-to-day team activities and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
    Identify, track and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when needed and proposing remediation actions.

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • University Degree or equivalent

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

  • Due diligence experience or experience in transversal function(s) (Product/ process/marketing)
  • Prior experience in business organization/support would be a plus

Required skills

  • Good knowledge on Financial Markets in general
  • Operational experience across product lines

  • Sound planning, organization and management skills

     

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English 

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
