Sales Executive – CACEIS Sweden
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
CACEIS is strengthening its presence in the Nordic region. Following the opening of our new branch in Sweden in July, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm and contribute to the further development of our business across Sweden and the wider Nordic and Baltic markets.
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and developing long-term commercial relationships. You will focus on CACEIS' target market segments and promote our range of asset servicing solutions, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders across the CACEIS Group.
What will you do as a Sales Executive?
As Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities across the Swedish, Nordic and Baltic markets;
- Developing and executing commercial strategies to acquire new clients;
- Building and maintaining relationships with key market participants, including asset managers, institutional investors, pension funds, banks and insurance companies;
- Presenting CACEIS' services and solutions to prospective clients and conducting commercial negotiations;
- Responding to RFPs and coordinating the preparation of commercial proposals and agreements;
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales and onboarding process;
- Initiating the onboarding of new client relationships and contributing to the assessment of client risks and completeness of KYC requirements;
- Conducting regular market monitoring and identifying relevant market developments and opportunities;
- Representing CACEIS externally and participating in relevant client meetings, industry events and commercial activities;
- Working across the Nordic and Baltic markets covered by the regional scope, adapting the commercial approach to the different local markets.
The position is based in our Stockholm regional office, and we are open to candidates who are either currently based in Sweden or willing to relocate to Sweden.

Supplementary Information
What do you bring as a Sales Executive?
We are looking for an experienced commercial professional with:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within asset servicing, asset management, investment banking or a related financial services environment;
- A completed Master’s degree;
- Strong experience in client relationship management, business development and/or institutional sales;
- Good knowledge of the asset servicing sector and the wider financial services market;
- Experience within the Swedish market and an established local network would be an advantage. We also welcome candidates with strong market experience across the wider Nordic and Baltic region;
- Strong commercial, communication and negotiation skills;
- The ability to build relationships and work effectively with different internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently;
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of initiative;
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language. French language skills are considered an advantage but are not required.
