At CACEIS Malaysia, our HR team is dedicated to driving a high-performance culture, fostering employee engagement, and enabling business growth through strategic people initiatives.

As a Senior HRBP, you will provides support to I&TS Business and Functional groups in Malaysia on their strategies and enterprise agenda through the development, advancement, and execution of CACEIS HR strategic objectives, people solutions, plans and strategies in alignment with overall business and functional goals. Will also assist with more complex or sensitive day to day people issues. This position acts as a single point of contact within designated business units for all people related issues and is a people champion ensuring people are always high on the business agenda. Assists in overall CACEIS Human Resources initiatives.

Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Undergraduate degree plus HR certification preferred

Level of minimal experience

11 years and more

Experience

 

  • Minimum : 11 years of working experience.

Required skills

  • English (speaking and writing).
  • Past HR CoE experience in either compensation or recruitment preferred.
  • Knowledge of business being supported.
  • HR management.
  • Business knowledge.
  • Financial business sense.
  • Project management.
  • Coaching.
  • Knowledge of strategic influencing and partnering, relationship management, and customer insight.
  • Strong business acumen and consulting orientation.
    Previous HR experience, preferably in financial services.
