- Studies and analyses user/client needs of Risk and Operations departments
- Drafts specifications (preparation of detailed functional specifications)
- Supports and coordinates IT developments (development issues, clarifications on analyses etc.)
- Performs and coordinates testing of IT developments
- Manages external Software vendors
- Drafts user guides (including any training)
- Participates in the complete planning and monitoring of projects
- Contributes to support activities for operational sections
- Ensures the ongoing operation of the IT
