Job summary

This role will be responsible for leading the people, process, and cultural aspects of transformation programs that impact client servicing operations, technology platforms, and regulatory processes within the investor services function. This role combines structured change management methodologies with Lean Six Sigma, Agile delivery practices, design thinking, and critical thinking to deliver initiatives that are user-focused, operationally sound, and strategically aligned. Acting as the central link between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners, the Change Manager ensures seamless transitions, high adoption rates, and sustained benefits while safeguarding client experience and maintaining service quality. By embedding continuous improvement practices and fostering stakeholder engagement at all levels, this role plays a pivotal part in enabling the organization to adapt quickly, operate efficiently, and remain competitive in a fast-evolving financial services landscape.

Change Strategy & Transformation Delivery


·         Develop and execute change management strategies for initiatives such as client onboarding transitions, fund migrations, operating model redesigns, and platform upgrades.
·         Integrate Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve service delivery.
·         Apply Agile/Scrum practices for iterative, value-driven delivery.
·         Use Design Thinking to ensure solutions are client- and user-centric.

Change Implementation & Risk Management

·         Conduct change impact, risk and readiness assessments.
·         Lead cutover, transition, and stabilization activities.
·         Work with risk and control teams to ensure compliance and minimize disruption


Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

·         Partner with relationship managers, product, operations, compliance, and technology teams to align on objectives and impacts.
·         Navigate complex stakeholder networks across global/regional offices.
·         Influence senior leadership using data insights and change impact evidence and ROI benefits through change implementation

Post Implementation Sustainability

·         Track adoption, operational KPIs, and client satisfaction post-change.
·         Conduct feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
·         Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure changes stick

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

·         Change Management certification (PROSCI, ACMP) preferred.

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

·         Experience: 7 – 10 years, with 3-5 years in Change Management

Required skills

·         Well versed with Change Management Frameworks, Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies

·         Strong data analytics & visualization - exception management analysis,

reporting transformations, data lineage analysis

·         Proficient understanding and able to leverage tactical solutions - RPA, APIs, AI, Machine Learning, NLP

·         Process enhancement workflows & system integration comprehension

·         Good domain knowledge on asset servicing business

Technical skills required

Technical Skillset - Intermediary / Advanced Excel, Microsoft o365, Power BI knowledge
