What is the opportunity?

The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our ‘centers of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standard processes globally.

 

As a COO of Bank Loan team, you will be responsible in supporting the Syndicate Loans activities, including trade booking, cash payments and post settlement reconciliation and investigations.  The position requires good experience and background in operations relating to syndicated loans. This person is proactive, team focus, dynamic and he/she adds value by working on a number of simultaneous tasks with minimal supervision while paying special attention to details. Our mission is to perform day-to-day operations in offering transparency and high level of control to our clients regarding to Bank Loan process.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Ensure quality and timeliness signoff for Bank Loan process – trade booking, payments, investigations and reconciliation.
  • Ensure all queries are managed effectively and escalation are sent to the Manager on timely manner.
  • Signoff on EOD control and check requirement.
  • Liaise with other department units to ensure a high-quality service.
  • Contribute to processes efficiencies and business improvements projects where required.
  • Contribute to procedure updates (in accordance with internal and client policies) and ensure strict adherence at all times.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

  • < 1 year operations experience in relevant field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of Bank Loan (Syndicated Loans) will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with WSO, Caciopay and NXG applications.
