What will you do?

Client Data Setup & Maintenance

  • Perform the accurate creation and maintenance of client static data across internal systems during onboarding and lifecycle updates.
  • Review and validate documentations to ensure correct data capture and system set-up.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of client data to support downstream operational processes.
  • Ensure checks are complete and any to review onboarding documentation to ensure correct data capture and system configuration.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc task allocated by Supervisor/Manager.

 

Queries

  • Respond to all queries and incoming emails in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with other teams within CACEIS Investor Services.
  • Oversee and support day to day work of Client Onboarding function’s administration and ensuring accurate and timely execution of agreed process.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Tertiary educated in relevant background - Finance, Investment, International Business, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, etc.
  • Highly adaptable to fast-paced environment

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Experience

  • Experience in Banking Operations, Static Data or similar fields
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
