Job summary

You oversee the activities of CACEIS Bank, Sweden Branch (CBSB) and ensure the achievement of financial, commercial, and operational results in accordance with regulations and the Group Risk Policy.
You report to the Deputy CEO and General Manager Coverage.

In cooperation with the business line managers, you are responsible for the local implementation of the strategy defined by CACEIS, the management of budgets and resources, including human resources, compliance with Group policies, standards and procedures and compliance with local regulations.
You also ensure the transversality and cohesion of the activities and actions of CACEIS within your entity.

You represent CACEIS in the local market, both with decision-makers and the regulatory authority, in coordination with your peers in the Group’s other local entities.

You represent this entity in interactions with clients and directly manage relationships with your counterparts within the client organizations.

CBSB is operationally responsible for Swedish depositary services. All other services are provided by the global operating model.  

 

YOUR MISSIONS

·  Deployment of strategy

You drive CACEIS’s strategy, translating it into objectives and roadmaps for different business lines.

You initiate the necessary organizational changes for the implementation of the Group’s strategy and oversee transformations.

You foster a strong corporate culture and unite teams in a shared commitment to the company’s strategy.

·  Client Relations and Business Development

You maintain direct client relationships with your counterparts.

You engage in ongoing dialogue with the Heads of Regional Coverage (HRCs) at CACEIS client organizations and participate in commercial steering committees meetings.

You take part in the tendering process and oral interviews.

·   The Management of the entity

You report the financial and operational performance of the entity to CACEIS’s General Management and oversee any corrective action plans required.

You manage commercial activities in direct collaboration with the Business Development teams.

You ensure the quality of operational activities within your scope and sponsor development projects across various business lines.

You guarantee adherence to budgets, make adjustments and provide financial oversight for your scope.

You lead an executive committee composed of business line managers.

·   Representation of the company

You represent CACEIS in client interactions, at public and professional events, and within the local bodies of Crédit Agricole Group.

You promote the image of the company, its activities and of its expertise in the market.

You participate in ongoing competitive intelligence efforts related to the market and to all activities

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Master’s degree (Bac +4/5 or equivalent)

Experience

More than 10 years of professional experience in a banking institution

Proven experience managing a Business Unit with multiple P&L responsibilities

Prior leadership experience in an international environment
