Within our unit IT-Operations of Caceis, we are responsible to assure high availability of our IT-infrastructure, banking applications and investor services.

We support our IT-Banking-Application units throughout the hardware life-cycle within our open-systems landscape to assure latest hardening standards.

Therefore, we are looking for an Expert - Open System Technical Analyst, to join our team.

• Work closely with engineering teams, Application owners, and other stakeholders to define service operations
• Identify operational issues early and prevent them
• Understand/develop software, tooling, and processes to automate our operations
• Measure and optimize system performance
• Driven by improving the operations of our services, measured by the level of service that we provide to our customers, the resources that we need to operate our services"
• “OSTA”  work in partnership with platform and service engineering teams in different capacity—from consulting to joint engineering projects—to drive the operational improvements across the entire lifecycle of our services.
• Transmit technical information. This means translating business requirements into technical plans as well as translating technical terms into business requirements.
• "Professional support of the technical implementation with the internal and external development teams, including making application-related decisions"
• Update of product requirements as part of the lifecycle regarding market requirements and regulatory adjustments

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education

• Knowledge of network design / infrastructure and Performance Optimization

• Time management skills

• Collaboration in several projects is possible and should not be a problem

• Supporting colleagues with incidents, problems, as well as changes and challenges when something doesn't work as expected

• Will be in charge for the Lifecycle Management and solve obsolescence’s in the Open System environments hosted by our providers to fulfill the ISS and general regulatory requirements
