The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing engaging, high quality learning materials that align with the strategic objectives of Knowledge Academy. This involves designing, curating and implementing educational content that supports technical training across various levels within the organisation. This individual will collaborate with Experts, subject matter experts (SMSs), trainers and stakeholders to create innovative and effective learning experiences.
The individuals would also be required to own, lead and oversee key projects within Knowledge Academy, ensure strategic goals or objectives are accomplished within approved time frame, scope and budget. Independently manage time critical projects, provide support to requirement gathering, post deployment support and maintenance.
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
What will you do?
- Develop and design instructional materials, training modules, e-learning courses and blended learning solutions.
- Apply instructional design modules (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to structure learning materials effectively.
- Use authoring tools (Articulate, Synthesia) to create interactive e-learning content
- Incorporate adult learning principles and modern instructional methodologies
- Collaborate with Experts, SMEs to structure comprehensive learning journeys for technical and future skills training
- Design learning pathways that cater to different learning level (junior to director)
- Ensure learning objectives align with business goals and workforce management strategies
- Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, animations, infographics and interactive elements
- Enhance learning experiences through gamification, simulations and micro learning strategies
- Work with MAGMA (Learning Management Systems) to upload and manage content efficiently.
- Develop assessments, quizzes and evaluation metrics to measure learning effectiveness
- Implement feedback mechanism for continuous improvement of learning materials
Analyse training impact through surveys, assessment and learner performance data
