Job summary


  • Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties;
  • Update HR internal communication and participate in HR projects;
  • Execute strategies initiatives, compile reporting and analysis, handle related correspondence;
  • Provide professional administrative support on office administration duties including office procurement and maintenance of office equipment and facilities;
  • Support staffing duties including on board and exit procedures and maintain good records, benefits administration;
  • Assist with the coordination of function, interviews and events organization;
  • Manage in full spectrum for handling and monitoring of the company documentation
  • Work across different HR functions eg recruitment, training & development, social relations, HR operations, etc
  • 5-day work, mostly on site
  • Non-final year bachelor degree students fo any discipline

Monthly allowance  :  HKD12,000-

Duration of programme : 6 months (from Aug 2023)

Deadline :  Rolling recruitment

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Non-final year students
  • Students of any disciplines are welcome

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Required skills

  • PC literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized, self motivated, willing to learn and able to work in multicultural working environment;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently and professionally with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Team spirit combined with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively.


Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowldge in other foreign languages will be a plus.
