Credit Agricole CACEIS UK are hiring!

We are looking for Interns to join on a 12 month contract in two areas of the business, our Control-function teams and Client-facing teams.

Main responsibilities include:

·         Providing administrative support to include preparation of reports, presentations and documentation using the MS Office suite

·         Supporting the team to deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner

·         Participating in company-wide activities and initiatives

 

To succeed, you must be self-motivated to learn and display pro activity along with good computer literacy. Attention to detail is a must as well as a demonstrable desire to work within financial services.

Your MS Office and Outlook skills will be tested during the recruitment process. You will be educated to at least A-Level/T Level/BTech and possess the right to work in the UK.

Summary

CACIES Bank, UK Branch offer a unique opportunity in the position of Intern to join one of the support functions, which consist of Risk, Legal, Compliance or Finance.

This position would suit a candidate who has a strong numerical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand large qualitative and quantitative pieces of information and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Deliver tasks and projects on time, as directed by the supervisor or manager
  • Provide administrative support to include preparation of reports, presentations and documentation, as directed by the supervisor or manager
  • Operate as a team member
  • Escalate any issues appropriately and promptly
  • Participate in Branch-wide activities and initiatives as and when required

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Completion of annual mandatory training
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance and risk requirements, including, but not limited to, the Group and UK Compliance and the Financial Crime Prevention Policies
  • Adherence to the internal policies of CACEIS UK
