Then an internship at the Corporate Action department of CACEIS is a great opportunity for you!

Within the department, we are looking for an inquisitive and enthusiastic intern as of February 2021 (Amsterdam) for the duration of 6 months.

The Corporate Actions group is located within the Operations division and is responsible for all management actions that take place on the assets held by CACEIS. Consider, for example, a dividend, split, an offer takeover, a rights issue, etc. The Corporate Actions group is the heart of the bank and has areas of contact with almost all other departments within CACEIS, such as settlements, payments and securities lending.

As an intern you will participate in a large part of the daily activities, depending on how quickly you develop yourself. The core tasks will in any case consist of the following activities in the beginning:

You inform domestic and foreign clients about management actions. You check assignments for timeliness, completeness and correctness and you complete the management actions in accordance with the instructions. You monitor the progress of instructions and transactions. You handle internal and external inquiries and maintain telephone and written contacts with domestic and foreign parties.

You will receive an excellent internship fee of € 450 per month based on a 36-hour working week and a laptop.
