According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals.

The missions:
- Support of Project Portfolio Management for IT in Germany
- Coordination of IT project portfolio between business and IT management
- Continuous improvement our processes as well as (further) development of reporting and controlling systems with the aim of standardization / automation
- Support of our PPM tool (Triskell) processes in general and the especially the functionality of internal efforts booking
- Support of contracting and approval process for IT & non-IT purchasing orders (f.i. consultants, editors, licenses)
- Collaborate in preparation, execution and coordination of IT related external audits and follow-up of findings.
