Missions
The Data Quality Monitoring team is part of the General Secretary of Operations (GSO), a transversal business line dedicated to take in charge all transversal activities of the operational teams. The team is working on CACEIS Group level and is based in Luxembourg and in Paris. Using Big Data technology to work on operational data, the Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”) & Data area is in a position to provide clients with several indicators which enables them to better analyze their activity as well as to assess service quality delivered.
During the duration of your internship, you will be part of the KPI team. You will have the following duties/tasks:
- Implementation of new productions of KPIs at the request of the department commercial;
- Ensure the production and updating of the configuration of customer KPIs;
- Provide support to customers regarding the content of KPIs reports and answers to their questions;
- Contribute to the improvement of the team's processes / tools.
This internship will allow you to have a transversal vision of asset servicing activities and investment funds and to be in contact with various interlocutors.

A first internship in Data analytic is an asset
Compétences recherchées
Demonstrate interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement and statistics
Has the capability to work independently and as part of a team
High degree of organizational skill with ability to prioritize/execute different tasks with sense of urgency
Outils informatiques
Good computer skills, advanced knowledge of Access or Excel macro’s is an asset
Langues
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French, another language is an asset
