Job summary

As a Senior Administrator in Securities Lending, you will be responsible to ensure the timely settlement of all Securities Lending related trade activity across various international markets and will successfully manage potential impact to CACEIS IS Services custody clients (both internal and external).

The role involves provision of support to the International Securities Lending trading desks, and the development and management of relationships with borrowers and several internal departments.

You will be supporting multiple settlement market, and the working hours would be between 3:00pm and 12:00am, however, working hours might change due to business needs.

Supplementary Information

What will you do?

  • Provide and extend support to International Securities Lending trading desks. Manage and develop relationship with borrowers and several internal departments.
  • Ensure all trades are timely recorded and updated with strict adherence to SLA.
  • Responsible to act as team lead in the absence of team Supervisor.
  • Involve in any process improvement effort and actively contribute ideas to increase team efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to other team members.

Must-have

  • The position requires good experience and background in operations including familiarity with financial product and settlement, team focus, dynamic.
  • In-depth knowledge in different investment instruments.
  • Experience in banking operations and back office.
  • Experience in Securities Operations or financial services.

  • Relevant tertiary education
  • Knowledge of securities & investment industry in Global Custody
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, confident and self-motivated
