Job summary

What will you do?

 

  • Responsible for supporting the delivery of high quality, written due diligence submissions which reinforce and increase the success rate of the business development and ongoing client requirements activities of CACEIS Investor Services (CACEIS IS).
  • Providing support mainly through due diligences but also helping maintain material for proposals, RFPs and presentations that support for:
  • o    New business opportunities with prospects
  • o    Cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
  • o    Client retention requirements, including due diligence requests.
  • o    Consultant education requirements
  • The role involves working directly with the global Proposal Management team, Marketing team, Client Coverage team, product teams, and technology teams within CACEIS, and across other RBC divisions as appropriate, to develop accurate, well-positioned narratives with consistent tone of voice and clear visual brand alignment across all client-facing content.
  • Training on DDQ activity and process
  • Material database management – ensuring all material is up to date and compliant.
  • Supporting global PM in client coverage support
  • Supporting as part of a wider team the delivery of high quality, written due diligence submissions
