The team and mission:
As part of the IT department, the IT Risk, Trustee and Finance team is responsible for providing support and managing changes in the areas of finance, risk, trusteeship and cross-departmental activities.
In this context, your main missions will be:
- Business Analyst tasks for our internal clients, consisting of:
- Clarifying client specific needs & requirements
- Drawing up functional designs to be handed over for implementation to the developers
- Testing
- Supporting the team in daily operations
- Incident Management
- Root cause analysis
- Supporting in the complete planning and monitoring of projects
- Designing processes and workflows
- Coordinating general team topics

- Basic knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel and VBA as well as SQL
