This role will be responsible for day-to-day processing of third-party FX payment on behalf of Caceis Clients instructions through a dedicated third-party FX function which comes under TMS Operations. This includes understanding the Client documents and retrieving the necessary information accurately. To maintain highest level of service quality and performance in compliance. The team supports the FX Operating model for Global region.

You will be supporting Europe (LUX) business, working on shift hours of 3:00pm–12:00am or 4:00pm–1:00am Malaysia time.

 

What will you do?

  • Perform processing of FX (Pre and Post-Execution on a daily basis: input, verify, validate and settle FX executed by dealing room and sub-custodians.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal Front Office (Trading Desk), Middle Office and other CACEIS business units and external stakeholders sub-custodians/ agents to ensure the operating model is robust and the risk is mitigated.
  • Perform investigation of FX breaks and provide resolution within agreed timeline.
  • Continuous monitoring of FX Operations team mailboxes and FX confirmations to take swift action on instructions/ queries received and do the required follow ups without delay.
  • Contribute to FX projects and initiatives through ideas/ suggestions, to help improve process and control.

  • Experience in Milvus system.
