Missions
CACEIS is recruiting its Global Head of Fund Services at Group level.
The role covers the entire Fund Services Business Unit (BU), including the Business Lines Fund Administration, Fund Distribution Services, Middle Office & Reporting, Pension Funds and ETFs, as well as a dedicated Projects & Transformation team delivering cross BU initiatives.
The responsibility is global, multi country and multicultural, with a scope of more than 2,000 FTE worldwide (as of June 2026).
The Global Head of Fund Services is a member of the CACEIS Executive Committee and ensures that Group strategy is translated into concrete results across local entities.
Vos missions
- Define and drive the global strategy for the Fund Services BU, in alignment with CACEIS Group strategy.
- Translate this strategy into clear objectives, action plans and transformation programs for each Business Line and geography.
- Steer the overall performance of the BU (business, financials, quality of service, client satisfaction, risks).
- Lead organizational changes (roles, processes, tools) required to support the BU’s development and the Group’s competitiveness.
- Act as a visible sponsor of change, innovation and continuous improvement within the BU.
- Ensure the availability, adequacy and evolution of human resources and skills in the medium and long term.
Strategy & Transformation
- Build and share an inspiring strategic vision for Fund Services, aligned with Group priorities.
- Set priorities and targets for local entities and BLs; monitor implementation, performance and outcomes.
- Ensure Group decisions are understood, adopted and implemented; align and convince stakeholders when necessary.
- Lead major transformation projects, including change management, communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Anticipate market developments, client expectations and future skills required to support the BU strategy.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Directly manage several senior managers and large, complex, multicultural and multi country teams.
- Ensure permanent alignment between resources (skills, tools, organizations) and business stakes.
- Promote synergies between BLs, countries and support functions; help break silos and build strong internal and external links (CACEIS, Crédit Agricole Group, partners, market actors).
- Develop talents, leaders and succession plans within the BU.
Operational Steering, Budget & Risks
- Define and adapt the BU organization, roles and responsibilities across BLs and regions.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders (experts, transversal teams, countries, support functions) in complex environments.
- Define budget for the BU, own budget arbitration and ensure robust financial steering; optimize resource allocation.
- Anticipate and manage operational, regulatory and strategic risks within the Fund Services perimeter.
- Set, monitor and improve key indicators for quality of service and client satisfaction.

Expérience
- Significant senior executive experience in asset servicing, fund services or closely related financial services businesses.
- Proven track record in leading large, multicultural and multi‑country organizations and managing complex transformation programs.
- Strong client focus, with extensive experience in dealing with demanding institutional clients and major market stakeholders.
