What will you do?

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely operation of agreed processes supporting the Transfer Agency processes such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches from documents queued in the related Documentum baskets into the Sara application.
  • Understanding and execution of mandatory escalation processes in accordance with agreedprocedures when required. Create and maintain detail and status of any issues/events.
  • Provide relief to the team where there is staff absenteeism or annual leave.
  • Participate in-group discussion and suggest enhancements to your role and processes whereimprovement could be gained and support key quality and productivity initiatives.
  • Respond to all queries and in a timely and effective manner and propose solutions forconsideration with the agreed governance and change framework.
  • Build productive relationships with internal departments, and create working relationshipsas part of the wider Malaysia Client Operations Team and support cross-working andoperational improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure activities and controls are documented in comprehensive procedures and supportthe governance and control of the team through the application of professional awareness risk mindset
