The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale and complex projects of strategic importance to CACEIS Group and Country. This includes managing cross-functional teams, aligning deliverables with business strategy, and driving measurable improvements across global teams in a “Follow the Sun” model. The role covers end-to-end project management from initiation to closure.

What will you do?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead full project lifecycle ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define/maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication (senior leadership, clients, regulators).
- Facilitate governance reporting, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
- Drive organizational change initiatives (training, communications, process adoption).
- Ensure technical alignment across IT, Operations, and Product teams; oversee testing, migration, and cutover.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements.
