The VIE contract in short:
According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals.

The team and mission:
The Management Control team is part of Finance and is responsible for corporate controlling. You will be integrated in a team of 6 people that will support you to successfully archive your goals.
Your main missions will be the following:
- Support in preparing the monthly-/quarterly- and yearly closings (P&L)
- Analysis and commenting of the financial results
- Assistance in preparing the budget of the next year and in forecasts of the current year
- Comparisons of budget figures with actual figures on cost center level
- Responsible for handling Controlling tools like MIK, Quantum & Sirius
- Assistance regarding projects in Controlling (Implementing of SAP)
- Reply to ad-hoc enquiries from Finance group or internal departments
In this department, combined banking and controlling knowledge is preferable for a better understanding of the working environment.

A first experience (internship, apprenticeship or full-time job) in Controlling and/or Banking would be highly appreciated
