As a Medior Developer Solutions Analyst at CACEIS you are part of the IT Centre of Excellence Pension Funds team, working alongside 18 skilled professionals. You will be at the heart of our IT landscape, translating business needs into smart, effective solutions. You play a key role in developing and optimizing applications within Simcorp Dimension, ensuring seamless integration within our systems and delivering stability and innovation for our clients.
You will interact with international teams across CACEIS and, during client onboardings or specific projects, directly with client’s (portfolio managers) to translate their needs into effective solutions. From analysis to implementation, every change you deliver impacts the entire value chain, requiring sharp analytical skills and strong collaboration with experts from different disciplines.

What will you be working on as a Medior Developer Solutions Analyst?
In this role, you will be part of an agile Scrum team, working closely with colleagues, business users and international teams across CACEIS. Your main goal is to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions within Simcorp Dimension by connecting business needs with technical expertise across teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating business requirements and change requests into scalable improvements within Simcorp Dimension.
- Analyzing the impact of changes across systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end alignment.
- Designing and developing application components, or integrating external software, in line with performance and quality standards.
- Coordinating with other IT teams to ensure technical consistency, performance and compliance with architectural standards.
- Configuring applications and implementing technical changes within agreed specifications.
- Conducting unit, integration and performance tests to ensure stability and reliability.
- Maintaining and supporting applications, including keeping documentation and test data up to date.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and proposing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks.

What do you need as a Medior Developer Solutions Analyst?
- Bachelor’s degree, relevant to the assigned area.
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience in the Asset Management and/or Pension Industry.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
- Knowledge of IT application management and service management processes (e.g. BISL).
- Experience working in agile (Scrum) IT teams, comfortable handling tasks both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess the impact of changes across multiple systems and processes.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the confidence to take initiative and the flexibility to learn from different disciplines.
- Social and communicative skills: you enjoy engaging with colleagues and stakeholders, not just working behind your laptop.
- Assertive and able to listen carefully, ask the right questions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written; Dutch is considered a plus.
- Availability for 32- 36 hours per week.
