What will you do?
Individual contributor role with functional reporting to Manager in Luxembourg and local reporting to Market Solutions Head of Department (HOD).
Main Mission:
Design, enhance and support Market Solutions related applications and tool to ensure reliability, performance and alignment with business needs.
In your responsibility and capability as the Market Solutions Technical Support, you will cover the below task:
- Monitoring and trouble shoot consistency, accuracy and integration of data on a daily basis according to the scheduler in ensuring readiness of the application or tool under the perimeter of Market Solution support team.
- Attend, support and investigate to queries raised by Market Solutions Operations to fix errors or bugs which impacts the accessibility or performance of the application tool within the remit.
- Escalation to Senior Management, infrastructure or IT teams on network issues which impacts connectivity or performance of the application or tools.
- Work hand in hand with Market Solutions Operations team to define and collaborate on the needs and specification for automation and simplification based on the Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Work on the automation of reporting extraction and KPI.
- Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation related to the application and tool within Market Solutions support team (specifications, incident resolution procedures).
- Active involvement and timely delivery in the assigned project or initiative which requires enhancement or development of application and tool for Market Solutions.
- Maintain, manage and troubleshoot the list of existing macros/EUC used by the Market Solutions Operations team in Malaysia.
- Educate and provide basic user training and best practices on tools or application within the remit of Market Solutions Support team.
