What will you do?

You will shape how early talent experiences our organisation, from first campus touchpoint to full-time employment, while working closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Business Leaders to design meaningful learning journeys and career pathways. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality scholarship, graduate and internship programmes end to end, including:

1. Scholarship, Graduate & Internship Programmes

  • Design, plan, and deliver structured graduate and internship programmes aligned to business and workforce needs.
  • Lead attraction, selection, assessment, onboarding, and conversion of graduates and interns.
  • Ensure a strong candidate and participant experience throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Track performance, engagement, retention, and conversion outcomes

2. Campus Partnerships & Employer Branding

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and career centres.
  • Represent the organisation through campus talks, career fairs, case challenges, and industry collaborations.
  • Strengthen our employer brand and visibility among early-career talent.

3. Learning & Development Collaboration

  • Partner with Learning & Development to design learning pathways for graduates and interns.
  • Support delivery of professional skills, business readiness, and early leadership development interventions.
  • Facilitate mentoring, buddying, and exposure opportunities with managers and leaders.

4. Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Act as the single point of coordination between hiring managers, HR, L&D, and external partners.
  • Provide regular insights, dashboards, and recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, policies, and governance requirements.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

  • 8+ years in financial services or asset servicing, with at least 5+ years focused on people managerial and project-based work. Proven ability to design and execute campus partnership programs and events.
  • Experience working with universities, academic institutions, or campus career offices.
  • Familiarity with graduate development frameworks or early leadership programmes.
  • Exposure to employer branding or early-career marketing initiatives.
  • Experience designing assessment centres, case challenges, or competency-based interviews.

Required skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across multiple teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with candidates and academic partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using data and metrics to influence decisions. Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for developing young talent and shaping future leaders

Technical skills required

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
