The dedicated team in Malaysia is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that empower clients to thrive in a dynamic and competitive financial landscape.

This role will be responsible for day to day processing of third party FX payment on behalf of CACEIS Clients instructions through a dedicated third party FX function which comes under Market Solutions. This includes understanding the Client documents and retrieving the necessary information accurately. To maintain highest level of service quality and performance in compliance. The team supports the FX Operating model for Global region.

Region: Europe

Working Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm and 10:00am-7:00pm

What will you do?

• Perform processing of FX (Pre and Post-Execution on a daily basis: input, verify, validate and settle FX executed by dealing room and sub-custodians.
• Work collaboratively with both internal Front Office (Trading Desk), Middle Office and other CACEIS business units and external stakeholders sub-custodians/ agents to ensure the operating model is robust and the risk is mitigated.
• Perform investigation of FX breaks and provide resolution within agreed timeline.
• Continuous monitoring of FX Operations team mailboxes and FX confirmations to take swift action on instructions/ queries received and do the required follow ups without delay.
• Contribute to FX projects and initiatives through ideas/ suggestions, to help improve process and control.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

• Experience in FX Processing environment.
• Knowledge of FX products, markets and industry practices (SWIFT).
• Willing to work on local MY holidays and follow Europe holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office and book keeping literate.

Nice-to-have

• Flexibility in working hours.
• Experience in Milvus system.
