The Client Operations Officer of Settlements team in the Custody is responsible for processing and reporting with accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Client Operations Officer will perform trade repairs, investigate settlement issue for solution, and maintaining high standards of service delivery to clients. This position requires good knowledge in Custody product across a range of processes in Settlements, attention to detail, and strict adherence to all processes stipulated in our operating procedures. The officer is expected to resolve problems independently guided by procedure and factual information.
Working hours: 9am to 6pm MYT

What will you do?
- Extract reports and investigate trade settlement issues for solution
- Monitor system queue on specific trade statuses
- Perform trade repair in core system to allow accurate and timely trade settlement according to various market deadlines
- Follow up on all trade issues until complete resolution
- Ensure queries received are resolved in timely manner. Where required, queries are followed up diligently until complete resolution
- Escalate operational issues or any abnormality in according to local escalation protocol
- Ensure that all instructions are processed following operating procedure.
- Guide other team members as part of their onboarding journey
