What is the opportunity?

The Head of Corporate Premises, Procurement, and OSH (CPP&OSH) is responsible for overseeing the management of corporate facilities, procurement processes, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and maintaining high standards of Occupational Safety and Health. This role ensures that the company’s physical environment, procurement activities, and employee wellness programs align with organizational goals and standards.
Serve as a single point of contact and trusted business partner for all business platforms and functions residing within Malaysia and ensure the alignment of the real estate portfolio and services with both enterprise and line of business strategies. Communicate the global strategy for and ensure business case development and delivery of CACEIS premises in Malaysia. Establish and execute workplace operating model, providing facilities subject matter expertise. Manage and govern the outsourced Service Partner relationship, as well as other 3rd-party vendor relationships covering our Integrated Facility Management practice. Provide a balanced, cost-effective, and risk-mitigated facilities solution, supporting all CACEIS business needs. Continuously evolve service provision, generating and importing innovation, industry best practices and emerging technology solutions.

What will you do?

Managerial Excellence
• Manage and govern the outsourced service partner relationship, as well as other 3rd-party vendor relationships covering our Integrated Facility Management practice. Provide a balanced, cost-effective, and risk-mitigated facilities solution, supporting all CACEIS business needs.
• Provide focus and clarity in establishing goals, driving performance management, supporting career development and rewarding strong performance.
• Leverage the value in unit, department, and enterprise-wide teams to develop better solutions and achieve a cross-enterprise mindset with regards to (CPP&OSH).
• Accept and successfully execute change while supporting employees through the process and keep them focused on business priorities.

Supplementary Information

 Professional Advisory and Strategy
• Leverage the service partner and other industry contacts and relationships to bring best-in-class, up to date facilities solutions which address the emerging needs of CACEIS’s business.
• Establish and oversee an effective asset management strategy which allows (CPP&OSH) to advise business lines on lifecycle and capital planning.
• Lead facilities efforts related to crisis resolution, incident management, including the lead role for CPPE on Crisis Management Teams.
• Develop and manage budgets for premises management and procurement activities.

Relationship Management
• Own the relationships with all major business lines, ensuring full understanding of their workplace needs. Drive plans to proactively address those needs, consistently improving the quality, efficiency and cost of service delivery.
• Act as the principal point of liaison in the event of executive escalations.
• Derive maximum productivity from the Service Partner collaboration with the outsourced providers.
• Measure client satisfaction and take action to maintain or enhance it as needed.

Experience

Corporate Premises Management
• Ensure a high corporate office standard and create a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.
• Responsible for providing functional and well-maintain asset for the business at building and plant services.
• Responsible for developing and implementing effective inspection, preventive and pro-active maintenance plans for CACEIS facilities.
• Responsible for the reliable asset performance review, timely risk mitigation to minimize cost and/or facilities unplanned breakdowns.
• Responsible to ensure adequate level of liaison and consultation with internal and external stakeholders and governmental agencies, where applicable.

Procurement
• Overseeing procurement strategies for Malaysia and set up key Procurement KPIs to measure, monitor and improve metrics.
• Collaborate closely with business units and functions to gather and implement requirements, ensuring they align with corporate objectives and contractual obligations.
• Management of CACEIS policies by coordinating and monitoring all procurement procedures, prioritizing governance, compliance to DOA, performance standards and sustainability measures from strategy execution to meeting KPI and deliverables.

Required skills

Must-have

• 10 to 15 years of mixed experiences in engineering, technical procurement and Project Management with proven experience in managing multiple projects with multi-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Awareness of current sustainability practices, regulations, and trends impacting business practices and values.
• Excellent initiative in communication, collaboration and relationship skills to engage all stakeholders in constructive discussions and drive improvements.
• Facilities Planning, Leasing, Project, Operations expertise and Vendor Management capability.
• Strong clients focus stakeholder management and responsive to business goals

Nice-to have

• Proven knowledge of all aspects of facilities processes and CPPE lifecycle
• Experience within a Financial institution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated and able to influence, convince without authority.
