Business Description:
Supply notification of Income events to clients.
Reflect their entitlements by updating the custody book of records.
Settle payment of Income transactions upon receipt of funds to clients’ accounts.
Provide reconciliation work and attend to client queries.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for day-to-day validation of accurate and timely processing, reconciliations, reporting and query resolution within required timeframes across all prescribed services to CACEIS clients.
Supplementary Information
Ensure that all allocated income events are:
- Processed, validated, and authorized within the required timeframes demonstrating high level of competency with the capability to validate overall processes with excellent accuracy
- highly in adherence to SLA and operational procedures without exception; and deviations are reported to Supervisor/Manager immediately
- Closely review/investigate and resolution of outstanding reconciliation items
- Ensure that queries raised/assigned to individuals are answered within agreed service standards
- Provide coaching and support on operational activities to staffs to ensure all aspects of team’s activity are satisfactorily covered.
- Support the identification of new technology and operational processes to effectively reduce cost, increase quality service and ensure accuracy

Academic qualification / Speciality
Must possess expert knowledge on custody operations and asset servicing that covers varying Corporate Actions & Income events.
Should be systems literate.
Knowledge of SWIFT standards for Corporate Action & Income
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
