Missions
The “3D” business line – which stands for Digital, Data & Dissemination – is dedicated to cover the entire value chain of services relying on the digital channel for the CACEIS Group. Using Big Data technology to work on operational data, the Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”) & Data area is in a position to provide clients with several indicators which enables them to better analyse their activity as well as to assess service quality delivered.
During the duration of your internship, you will be part of the KPI team. You will have the following duties/tasks:
- Implementation of new productions of KPIs at the request of the department commercial;
- Ensure the production and updating of the configuration of customer KPIs;
- Provide support to customers regarding the content of KPIs reports and answers to their questions;
- Contribute to the improvement of the team's processes / tools.
This internship will allow you to have a transversal vision of asset servicing activities and investment funds and to be in contact with various interlocutors.

Demonstrate interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement and statistics
Has the capability to work independently and as part of a team
High degree of organizational skill with ability to prioritize/execute different tasks with sense of urgency
Outils informatiques
General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Langues
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, French knowledge is an advantage
