Job summary
Working in the Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department, you will join the Fund Accounting team responsible for fund and soparfi accounting.
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for :
- Participate in setting up new clients and analyzing their activity,
- Record the creation or takeover of new files,
- Analyze and monitor the creation of companies and related intermediary structures,
- Maintain general accounting records for trading companies and investment funds governed by Luxembourg law (LuxGaap or IFRS),
- Calculate and account for various special fees (Performance, Management, Advisory, Arrangement, etc.),
- Prepare the financial statements required for each case (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.).
- Prepare consolidated accounts where applicable (IFRS or LuxGaap),
- Assist in relations with the customer, auditors and tax advisers during the review of accounts;
- Master the accounting system and participate in its parameterization.

Knowledge of alternative investment funds is an asset.

You have advanced accounting skills.
You are rigorous, analytical and a team player.
Technical skills required
Proficiency in Pack Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of Bob 50 and GP accounting software is an asset.
Languages
Fluency in French and English essential. German is an advantage.
