Relationship with stakeholders :
- Responsible for obtaining the necessary elements for reporting with internal or external stakeholders, respecting regulatory deadlines and clients.
- Informs and responds to stakeholders inquiries about the progress of productions and participates in summary meetings when needed.
- Produces reports in accordance with legal responsibility or within the scope of services entrusted by the client.
- Ensures the reliability and coherence of the produced data.
- Produces reports for regulatory authorities and clients following the standards for global improvement and service quality.
- Ensures the availability of indicators shared by management.
- Participates in the analysis of production anomalies, defining areas for improvement, and updating related documents, including procedures.
- Participates in the preparation of reports and adapts the relevant processes as part of a continuous improvement effort (CACEIS quality policy).
- Identifies the evolution of information systems to meet the needs of clients, regulatory changes, or operational shifts, and contributes to drafting functional requirements and user needs.
The role of “Reporting Officer” may include the following tasks :
- Establishing tax declaration for Sicavs.
- Calculating asset tests for clients subscribed to the service.
- Ensuring the sending and tracking of OGC, SRRI, and performance reports for clients who have subscribed to the service.
Preparation of annual and semi-annual accounts for clients
Training in financial management, accounting or administration
Experience in the sector or in a similar function in an asset
Knowledge and use of basic functionalities of office software such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel in a professional environment.
