As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of compensation and benefit solutions that support and align with the strategies, related practices and programs for the IS Bank Malaysia. This Position is responsible for providing the HR Business Partners and the senior management with expert advice on all aspects of Compensation and Benefit programs, policies, initiatives and solutions, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the financial and human capital impact of their HR decisions.
Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
What will you do?
- Develop compensation and benefit strategies, policies and frameworks that support business’s goals and objectives and is responsible for the advancement of compensation and benefit solutions. This includes for International mobility policy for Malaysia.
- Develop and work with HR Business Partners to drive compensation and benefit solutions that support major business change initiatives (growth, realignment of roles, M&A, etc.)
- Provide integration and alignment of compensation and benefit programs and policies, providing HR Business and Recruitment Partners with advice, counsel and guidance on how to address the compensation and benefit discrepancies.
- Design and integrate compensation and benefit communication, ensuring HR Business and Recruitment Partners, Business/ People Managers and employees receive timely and easy to understand information on their compensation and benefit programs/ changes to compensation and benefit programs.
- Provide expert advice, counsel and direction to HR Business and Recruitment Partners supporting the business in its achievement of both its short and long term strategic objectives.
- Develop a frameworks for Compensation and Benefits related approvals and exception.
