According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals.

The team and missions:

The Network Management team at CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch is looking for an ambitious colleague to strengthen the team.
We are an international expert team responsible for CACEIS’ relationships with custodians, correspondent banks and clearing houses across the world. We ensure quality of services and competitive pricing on behalf of CACEIS’ clients, and act as intermediary for our operations and commercial units. You will work in an international environment, supporting the management of the relationships and cooperation with external parties and colleagues across the group. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Monitoring of markets and sub-custodians. This includes analysis of securities market profiles, market information, local law and regulations, quality of operational support from sub-custodian, risk, etc.;
• Internal reporting and monitoring activities, including providers service quality KPIs, securities holdings statistics and others;
• Monitoring and distribution of market and agent newsflashes and –letters;
• Creation of process documentation and training materials;
• Communication with partners and stakeholders across the Group;
• Support in Network related projects such as market extensions, client onboarding, opening and maintenance of accounts and relationships with sub-custodians and CCPs, mandatory market changes etc.

For this position, English language proficiency is required.
