Job summary

Within our PERES department, you will join the Depositary Operations team, responsible for maintaining customer relations and improving service quality in response to operational requests.

As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients. Your knowledge of Depositary Operations Services and Cash, as well as your mastery of the tools associated with this activity, should enable you to answer the majority of client questions. For requests that you cannot address alone, you will be able to mobilize resources from the business line and/or other business lines.

Your main responsibilities will therefore be:

  • Process and analyze customer requests,
  • Work closely with operational teams to resolve these issues,
    Define, implement, and monitor medium- and long-term action plans to correct recurring issues and anticipate customer dissatisfaction,
    Monitor the production of customer KPIs,
    Represent your business line at periodic client meetings (Operations Committee, Service Review, etc.) and internal meetings (Client Team Meetings).

You will thus occupy a strategic role and actively participate in increasing customer satisfaction, ensuring the quality of the services provided by the department and the progress of action plans that contribute to optimizing customer satisfaction.
Resolving customer requests across all PERES activities will allow you to gain a comprehensive view of the department's various functions.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

1-year Master's (M1)

Academic qualification / Speciality

You have a degree in Finance, Economics or Commerce.

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years

Experience

You have at least two years of experience in operations management and would like to use it to improve customer relations.

Required skills

Knowledge of alternative investment funds.

You think and act with discernment.
You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
You know how to manage pressure and stress.
Leadership

Technical skills required

Proficiency in the Office Pack.

Languages

Fluency in French and English. A third language is an asset for the position.
