As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to maximize executive productivity by managing schedules, communications, and priorities.
  • Act as a coordination hub between executives and stakeholders.
  • Ensure structured preparation, documentation, and follow-through of meetings and initiatives.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or related field.

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

  • Professional certification in Office Administration or Executive Support

  • Project management, business communication, or governance training advantageous.

  • Minimum 5 – 6 years supporting senior leadership team.

  • Experience supporting at least minimum of 2 senior executives concurrently.
