Within our unit IT-Operations of Caceis, we are responsible to assure high availability of our IT-infrastructure, banking applications and investor services.

Our ITO-Run team is dedicated to: 

• (Major-) Incident Management for banking applications
• Problem Management
• Monitoring of Production and Non Prod environment
• Continuous stability and performance activities

Therefore, we are looking for a Mainframe Technical Analyst, to join our team

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education

• Sound knowledge in the activities of implementing additional monitoring’s and optimization within our Mainframe/DB2/IMS area
• Logical thinker to perform deeper analytics to automate quality and performance checks. When necessary to increase/optimize the performance and implement and track measures, in order to keep in future a continuously solid and stable IT environment.

• Profound knowledge on the MQ/Middleware layer
• Good understanding on IMS DC
• Keen on COBOL and building performant SQL-Queries
• Job Control Language( JCL)
• REXX 
• Abend Aid/Fault Analyzer

Exposure to any of the below mentioned SQL TUNING tools:

• IBM Data Studio or IBM Data Server Manager
• Db2 SQL Performance Analyser for z/OS
• Db2 Query Workload Tuner for z/OS
• Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for Db2 Performance Expert on z/OS
