Vos missions
The Global Head of the Business Unit (BU) Shared Services / Data Management is responsible for defining the strategy, priorities, goals and programs for his/her activity in line with the company global business strategy. He/she also ensures that the strategic objectives translate into concrete achievements within local entities.

Detailed scope of activities
The Global Head of the Business Unit (BU) Shared Services / Data Management supervises the following activities :
- Master Data Services
- Flows Integration
- Reconciliation
The Business Unit also includes one “Projects and Transformation” team, delivering projects for the BU.
The responsibility is global, encompassing the teams of the above activities in their different geographies.
The total size of the BU is +300 FTE worldwide, as of June 2026.
In addition, the Global Head of this BU will be in charge of conducting an analysis of the different processes and organization related to Client Onboarding. In liaison with the other departments/teams involved (in this processes (KYC, BI, other Business Units, legal, etc.), this study has to deliver a target organization and the target processes to enhance the client experience and strengthen the different onboarding steps.
