Job summary
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible to ensure treatment of cash and security instructions received from CACEIS’ clients are in-line with prescribed market, net-asset-value (NAV) and treasury deadlines. The role will support Europe region.

What will you do?
- Ensure completion of all trades under STE environment as well as manual trades are completed within agreed timeframe.
- Ensure queries on trades, are resolved in timely manner. This also includes queries on STE and manual trades.
- Ensure outstanding items are assigned and individual departments/financial institutions are chased for resolution.
- Ensure that all instructions are processed to a high standard of accuracy.
- Ensure all trades are posted according to procedure.
- Provide coaching to other team members to ensure cross-training of all aspects of funds in order to gain satisfactory cover.
- Establish as the single point of contact for process specific escalations.
